- How we bring online shopping in UK
- Your shopping is packaged and shipped the day after sending the order and the shipping cost is determined as described for Italy but in addition for each shipment a foreign supplement is added which is automatically calculated according to the destination area and the weight of the expense. The total shipping costs for each shipment abroad at UPS rates for each weight range can be found here.
- As you fill the cart you will find the calculation of shipping shipments in real time.
- Attention! For UK it is not possible to provide the delivery service to the floor and telephone notice!
- How we bring online shopping from Italy:
- Your groceries are packed and shipped the day after you place your order (if your order is placed on a Friday, the next day is Monday)
- The courier delivers after 24/48 * from collection, and in at least 72 * hours for the islands. (* these are average delivery times)
- the delivery service will be carried out with the, PosteItalieane or GLS channel and in the private area you will also find the tracking number. Keep in mind that in the case of a request for telephone notice the shipment will usually take an extra day because only upon arrival at the branch the operator will make a telephone call and therefore having already started the delivery round of the day the appointment can not be taken before the day following the call. For disadvantaged locations (Venice, smaller islands,..) the Poste courier will be used with the Pacco Celere 3 service which, however, does not provide telephone notice and is connected to the plan.
- All detergents/deodorants and any other non-food products will be packed in boxes or bags so that they do not come into contact with food

N.B. if the actual weight of the product exceeds the volume weight, the volume weight will be considered equal to the real weight

for foreign countries the shipping costs do not change and will be calculated based on the rate applied by UPS for the specific volume weight of the package. The total shipping costs for the specific destination and the volume weight of the cart are shown in the cart.

Try to put the products in the cart!! and look up at how shipping costs go down as the products you put in the box increase
Useful tips:
- We advise you to plan your shopping a few days in advance of how you shop in a traditional store as you have to get used to taking into account delivery times
- Keep in mind that orders sent from Friday to Sunday are shipped on Monday and you will receive your shopping at home on Tuesday or Wednesday
- Soon we will also deliver on Saturday and we will start your shopping the same day you ordered
